Do I need an appointment?
Appointments help us protect bay time for diagnostics, but we can often help same-day when capacity allows. Call or text and we will tell you the next available slot.
Do you accept customer-supplied parts?
We do install customer-supplied parts, but we generally recommend using parts sourced through our shop whenever possible. This helps ensure part quality, simplifies the warranty process, and allows us to stand behind the repair with confidence. If you have a special situation or already have the parts, just let one of our advisors know—we're happy to discuss your options.
Do you offer towing?
Need a tow? We work with Pinky's Towing and can help arrange transportation to our shop. Local towing to LugsNPlugs Automotive starts at $85, with final pricing depending on distance and vehicle type. Call or text us with your vehicle's location and a brief description of the issue, and we'll coordinate the rest.
Do you perform inspections?
Yes. We can inspect the vehicle and tell you what we find. If the cause of a problem isn’t clear, we can diagnose it too.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major cards and approved financing options when available. Ask about Wisetack or Synchrony Car Care on the estimate.
